Press reports describe how a video emerged of the late Margaret Baverstock's daughter apparently holding her hand as she signed a deathbed will leaving her entire estate to the daughter in March 2021. The deceased’s son successfully challenged the will, with the effect that the Central London County Court pronounced an intestacy and the GBP700,000 estate is split 50-50.
