英屬維京群島（BVI）政府經過廣泛諮詢後，已發布政策，允許擁有「合法權益」的人士查閱其商業公司和有限合夥企業的受益所有權登記冊。該政策僅允許查閱持有25%所有權或控制權的個人的信息，且僅在受益所有人豁免申請被拒絕的情況下才允許查閱。 2026年4月1日前無須揭露任何資訊。


BVI: Legitimate interest access to beneficial ownership register deferred until April 2026

The British Virgin Islands (BVI) government has published its policy allowing persons with 'legitimate interest' to access its beneficial ownership register of business companies and limited partnerships, following extensive consultation. Only information on individuals holding 25 per cent ownership or control will be allowed and then only if the beneficial owner is refused an exemption. No information need be disclosed until 1 April 2026.
