JERSEY: Action plan for MONEYVAL compliance is published

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has published an action plan to implement recommendations from MONEYVAL, the Council of Europe's anti-money laundering monitoring body. Thirteen of the 2024 MONEYVAL mutual evaluation report's 54 recommendations were identified as priority actions and have already been addressed in the Jersey government's high-level action plan published in July.
