愛爾蘭共和國政府推出新規，允許具有「合法權益」的第三方查閱其公司和信託受益所有權中央登記冊。自2026年11月10日起，登記機構必須在收到依據歐盟第六項反洗錢指令（6AMLD，指令(EU) 2024/1640）提出的申請後12個工作天內，批准或拒絕查閱該登記冊。可查閱的資訊最長可達五年。

IRELAND: Regulations introduce 12-day target for decisions on beneficial ownership access

The government of the Republic of Ireland has introduced regulations granting access to its central register of beneficial ownership of companies and trusts for third parties with a 'legitimate interest'. From 10 November 2026, the registrars will now have to grant or refuse access to either register within 12 working days of receiving an application under the Sixth EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive (6AMLD, Directive (EU) 2024/1640).
