香港《穩定幣條例》於8月1日生效，為在香港發行或銷售或與港元掛鉤的法幣參考穩定幣的發行、發售及行銷建立了全面的監管制度。現有指定穩定幣的發行人將獲得為期六個月的過渡安排。


HONG KONG: Stablecoin regime now in effect

Hong Kong's Stablecoins Ordinance came into effect on 1 August, establishing a comprehensive regulatory regime on the issuance, offering and marketing of fiat-referenced stablecoins issued or marketed in the territory or linked to the Hong Kong Dollar. Pre-existing issuers of specified stablecoins are being granted a six-month transitional arrangement.
