美國:財政部更新高價值房地產的受益所有權報告規則

美國政府再次更新了所有現有的地理定位命令(GTO),要求產權保險公司識別並報告在 13 個州和華盛頓特區主要大都市地區全現金購買高端住宅房地產的最終受益所有人。 2025 年 12 月,GTO 將被一項新規則永久取代,該規則要求報告美國境內所有非融資的住宅房地產轉讓,且不設最低美元價值門檻。

US: Treasury renews beneficial ownership reporting rule for high-value real estate

The US government has once again renewed all its existing geographic targeting orders (GTOs) requiring title insurance companies to identify and report the ultimate beneficial owners in connection with all-cash purchases of high-end residential real estate properties across major metropolitan areas in 13 states and Washington DC. In December 2025, GTOs will be permanently replaced by a new rule requiring reporting of all non-financed transfers of residential real estate, anywhere in the US and with no minimum dollar value threshold.
