南澤西島金融服務委員會 (JFSC) 發布了新的指南，說明有義務實體必須提供的證據，以證明他們對受益所有人登記冊的搜索是出於合法目的。自 2025 年 2 月 24 日起，有義務執行客戶盡職調查檢查的人員可以存取該登記冊，但訪問受到嚴格控制。自 2026 年 1 月起，監管機構的註冊監督團隊將檢查搜尋樣本以檢查其是否合法目的。
JERSEY: Guidance issued on proving beneficial owner register searches were legitimate
The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has published new guidance regarding the evidence obliged entities will have to supply to show that their searches of the beneficial owner register were for a legitimate purpose. Persons obliged to perform customer due-diligence checks have had access to the register since 24 February 2025, but the access is strictly controlled. From January 2026, the regulator's Registry Supervision team will be inspecting a sample of searches to check legitimate purpose.
