BVI: New financial return regime requires detailed asset disclosures

Significant changes are being made to the BVI's financial return regime for companies and limited partnerships, requiring greater disclosure of assets, income, expenses and financial holdings. The regime starts with the 2027 returns, scheduled for publication by the end of October 2026.
