UK government officials have reportedly briefed the press that the government's expected reforms to the non-domiciled individual (non-dom) tax policy regime may be revisited and ‘softened’. Reports say HM Treasury's Office of Budget Responsibility is forecasting that the proposed changes may cost more revenue than they raise.
